Welcome to the Crew33 store, the official merchandise outlet for the Iron Order Motorcycle Club of Washington (IOMC), a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. "Brothers Only" Gear - Purchase Verification and Policy

Certain items available in this store are designated as "Brothers Only" and are intended exclusively for current, active members of the Iron Order Motorcycle Club.

* Verification: We will verify the membership status of any individual who purchases an item designated as "Brothers Only." This verification will be conducted with the current club roster.

* Non-Member Purchases: If you are not a verified member of the Iron Order Motorcycle Club and you place an order for a "Brothers Only" item, your order for that item will be canceled.

* You explicitly acknowledge and agree that in such an event, we will issue a refund for the amount you paid for the item, less a non-refundable processing fee of $5.00. This fee covers the administrative and transaction costs associated with processing and subsequently canceling the unauthorized order. By attempting to purchase a "Brothers Only" item, you agree to this deduction.

2. Orders and Inquiries

All questions regarding an existing order, the status of an order, or any product inquiries should be directed to our official email address: [email protected]. Please include your order number in your correspondence to help us assist you more efficiently.

3. General Terms of Sale

* Payment: All payments are due upon completion of the order. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.

* Shipping: We will ship products to the address you provide. Shipping times may vary and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

* Returns & Exchanges: For all items other than "Brothers Only" gear, please contact us at the email above to inquire about our return and exchange policy.

After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

* Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

* Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
